We want all of our new patients at Grand Dental in Channahon to enjoy their first experience at our dental office. The information below will help you prepare for your visit ahead of time; it will also give you a chance to come up with any questions or concerns that you might have so that you can call us ahead of time.
Your appointment will begin with a warm greeting from our front desk staff. We’ll get the necessary paperwork taken care of and call you back as soon as we can. One of our dentists or dental associates will walk you through the procedure. At the end of your visit, the financial guidance staff will discuss any questions you have about insurance or savings plans before you check out.

Of course, you can always reach out to our staff over the phone if you need help filling in the necessary information.
We accept all PPO plans and file claims on behalf of our patients. Our goal is to help you save as much as possible! Right now, our dental office is in-network with the following major plans.

An initial dental exam with
A routine teeth cleaning
Full mouth x-rays and

In addition to these initial services,
the Grand Advantage Plan also offers:
A 20% discount on all dental treatment completed
within 12 months of enrollment. This discount even
applies to procedures such as implants, dentures,
orthodontic care, cosmetic, restorative, and periodontal
treatment with NO ANNUAL LIMITS.
Additional immediate family members can join the plan
at a discounted annual fee: $169 for adults and $129
for children under the age of 14.
The GAP plan is for uninsured patients only.
